Ghana’s Malik Abubakari scored for the successive game as Malmö FF defeated Degerfors 3-0 at home in the Swedish Allsvenskan Saturday.
The young forward – who joined in the summer – was handed a starting berth and was lively for most parts of the game.
Malmö took a 1-0 first-half lead thanks to a nice free-kick by Veljko Bermancevic in the 43rd minute.
In the second half, Abubakari then extended to 2-0 after just under 70 minutes.
Just before the final signal came another free-kick goal by substitute Anders Christiansen.
The 3-0 victory takes Malmö to the top, level on points – 33 – with Djurgaden who host Mjallby on Monday.
