Earlier this season, Gyamfi endured massive criticism over his dip in form but has been impressive recently under new coach Mariano Barreto.
The 26-year-old, this season, has made 22 appearances for Kotoko in the Ghana Premier League and scored three goals so far.
Emmanuel Gyamfi’s continuous stay means he remains the second longest-serving player at the club after Felix Annan whom he serves as a deputy captain to.
