Hearts enter race with Dreams for Faisal striker Kwame Peprah

Local giants, Hearts of Oak have formally made an enquiry to King Faisal about in-form striker Kwame Peprah – who is also a target for Dreams FC.

The 20-year-old has 8 goals so far in the ongoing 2020/21 Ghana Premier League.

Faisal owner Alhaji Karim Gruzah is on record to have declared his club is not ready to trade the attacker who has contributed virtually half of their 17 goals so far – at least midway into the season – as they are faced with a battle to escape relegation from the topflight.

But clubs won’t relent in testing the Kumasi-based side’s resolve.

Hearts become the latest team after Dreams to enter the race by officially writing to King Faisal about Peprah. Sources say the Phobians did so Tuesday afternoon, requesting for talks over the signature of the player in the current mid-season transfer window.

Last week, Dreams proposed what could be deemed an ideal arrangement for Peprah with Faisal – wanting to strike a deal for the economic rights of the player immediately but defer his switch to up till the end of the season when he might have helped them in their survival battle.
