U-20 Afcon: Satellites ready for tough Morocco test – Zito

Black Satellites coach, Karim Zito says they are ready for a tough battle against Morocco who have a similar play style as his side.

After mauling Tanzania 4-0, Ghana hope to continue their fine start to the 2021 U-20 Africa Cup of Nations when they take on the North Africans in their second game in Group C Friday night.

Coach Zito, in his pre-match press conference, stated his side’s determination to win an envisaged difficult clash to confirm early qualification to the next round of the competition.

“I think it will be an interesting game because we are coming in as Champions of West Africa B and they are champions of their zone as well.

“We all want to win and confirm qualification so it will be tough. But are ready for them.

“Football is football and we all have unique styles of play but Morocco plays quite similarly to us. I study the game based on how the opponent sets up and how they approach the game. So once I see their team tomorrow I will know how to position my team.

“It will be a very crucial match and we know winning the game will depend highly on taking our chances in the game”, he intimated.

Kickoff for the Ghana-Morocco clash is 19:00 GMT at Stade Municipal de Nouadhibou.
