Peprah leveller earns King Faisal draw at Bechem

Bechem United only managed a 1-1 home draw against King Faisal on match-day 8 of the 2020/21 Ghana Premier League.

Moro Salifu netted for the Hunters minutes away from half time and Kwame Peprah equalized in the second half.

Bechem United coach Kwame Danso dropped Clinton Duodu from his starting lineup for Prince Adu Kwabena in attack alongside top marksman Hafiz Konkoni.

King Faisal young goalkeeper Abdul Jabal, after replacing injured Kaisan Yusiu in the Dreams draw last week, kept his place. Kwame Peprah cod not make the starting lineup.

Bechem United had to wait till the 44th minute to break the deadlock.

Moro Salifu picked up a good pass from Adu Kwabena and perfectly slotted past Jabal.

After half time, Faisal came into the game in the early stages but were wasteful upfront.

However, the leveller arrived through substitute Kwame Peprah. The forward has been banging the goals for the Kumasi based-outfit this season.

Bechem could not restore themselves into the lead, granting King Faisal the much needed point.

Up next for Faisal is a home game against Elmina Sharks. Bechem United also face Dreams FC.
