We need to work on our goal scoring – Maxwell Konadu

Asante Kotoko coach, Maxwell Konadu has admitted the need to work on his his side’s goal scoring ability.

The Porcupine Warriors managed to siphon a 1-0 victory over Legon Cities FC on match day five at the Accra Sports Stadium on Friday.

Kotoko wasted chances that could have given them more than just a goal and Maxwell Konadu wants correct his side’s profligacy moving into subsequent games.

“We created the chances but we failed to utilize them but we will keep working hard.

“We will keep practicing and keep creating the chances because we should have scored at least two, three more.

“But saying that it didn’t happen, we only go back home and work much harder, create more chances and make sure that next time we utilize them.” Konadu said.

Kotoko have now gathered 4 points from four games in 5th spot with an outstanding against Great Olympics.

They will next play Dreams FC in Dawu on match day six.
