Aduana very motivated despite early-season struggles – Yahaya

Aduana Stars forward, Yahaya Mohammed believes their poor start to the 2020/21 Ghana Premier League will motivate them to improve on their next games.

The Fire boys have drawn three and lost one in their four games but Yahaya asserts that their season will be a remarkable one.

Football is about times and seasons. Aduana has encountered problems at the early stage of the season.

“Some encounter it in the middle of the season or end of the season. You cannot have it smooth all season,” he told Wontumi TV in an interview.

“It’s not really as bad as seen. The expectations were too huge and that’s because Aduana are always seen as title contenders.

“This is part of the game and supporters see things differently. They always want a win but you can’t always view things from their perspective.

“So we are gradually solving our problems, the management, technical and playing body.

“Certainly we shall bounce back on Wednesday against Hearts of Oak,” he added.

A win in the outstanding game against the Phobians will grant Aduana six points, thereby moving them level in points with Liberty, Eleven Wonders and Elmina Sharks.
