Caf CC: Cirkovic content with AshantiGold squad ahead of Salitas home clash

AshantiGold coach, Milovan Cirkovic believes he has a good squad for their 2020/21 Caf Confederation Cup campaign.
The Miners welcome Burkinabe side Salitas FC to the Len Clay Stadium on Sunday, November 29 for a preliminary round first-leg clash.
The Serb said of his squad ahead of their first continental test.
“Believe me now, I saw we can make a good team in Africa.
“That’s why I am satisfied with our first two [ games] in the league.
“We can make a good team if we play like we played [against Hearts of Oak].
“We can hope to make good results in Africa,” Cirkovic said.
AshantiGold go into the game against the Burkinabes with two drawn matches in the domestic league – an opening day 2-2 draw against Karela at home and a repeat of the same away to Hearts of Oak on match day two.
The former Ghana Premier League champions will travel to Burkina Faso a week after the first leg at Len Clay.
