Ghana striker, Benjamin Tetteh has been granted his wish for a fresh challenge after joining Yeni Malatyaspor on a season-long loan.
Yeni Malatyaspor are paying Czech Republic side Sparta Prague a loan fee of €650,000 with a four-year permanent option for €4million next summer.
Per the agreement formalized and announced on Saturday, the Turkish Super Lig side are obliged to sign Tetteh on permanent basis once the 23-year-old plays 60% of the club’s matches in the 2020/21 season.
Benjamin Tetteh has spent the last four years of his career in the Czech Republic.
On his arrival from Belgian side Standard Liege, the lanky striker spent two years as a loanee with FC Slovácko and Bohemians before getting signed permanently by Sparta Prague.
At Sparta Prague, the 2015 U-20 World Cup striker scored 19 and created 9 goals in 75 appearances.
Tetteh was previously linked with Turkish giants Galatasaray.
