Belgian Jupiler Pro League giants, RSC Anderlecht have extended the contract of Ghanaian-born forward Francis Amuzu until 2024.
The 20-year-old had an existing deal which was due to end in 2022 but due to his impressive performances, the former champions moved to add two more years to his stay with improved terms.
“I am extremely proud to have signed up with RSC Anderlecht,” Amuzu told the club’s official website.
“I thank the club for the great confidence it places in me and in the other young people trained at the club. I can’t wait to give it my all to score many goals and make the decision often next season,” he added.

In the season which got terminated due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Amuzu scored three goals with three assists in 20 appearances for RSC Anderlecht.
Francis has represented Belgium at the U-21 level but remains eligible to represent Ghana.
