#FootyTransfers: Atta Kusi secures AshantiGold move

Former Asante Kotoko defender Atta Kusi has earned a two-year deal with Obuasi-based AshantiGold.

The right-back has been signed to a two-year contract that will run until July 2021.

Kusi is expected to be included in the Miners’ squad for the 2019/20 Caf Confederation Cup competition which is set to kick-start next month.

He becomes the second player at his position to arrive at the Len Clay Stadium outfit following the initial arrival of Kwadwo Amoako from Techiman XI Wonders.

Kusi, who previously had stints with Liberty Professionals and Amidaus Professionals, had been unattached since leaving Kotoko in 2017.
