The tournament, which takes the shape of 24 teams in six groups for the first time in its history, is scheduled for Egypt from June 21 to July 19.
Egypt won the rights early this year after Cameroon got stripped off for lack of readiness and security concerns. They were selected over South Africa who had also expressed interest.
There will be three debutants at the 32nd edition, also the fifth time Egypt is hosting the flagship African competition. They include Burundi, Madagascar and Mauritania.
Tournament winner bags home $4.5 million as prize money.
