Ghana’s Richard Appiah has agreed a contract termination with Ethiopian giants St. George following a recent injury.
The 21-year-old striker has been ruled out for close to six months after undergoing an Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL) reconstruction in September.
As a result, Appiah and St. George have mutually agreed to part ways.
Richard Appiah joined St. George in March on a one-year from Laos club Champasak United and played only two matches with a goal to his credit in the second round of the 2017/18 Ethiopian Premier League.
Meanwhile, another Ghanaian, Edwin Tuffour Frimpong has joined St. George. The former Kotoko and Liberty defender signed for one year.
