Ghanaian midfielder Godfred Donsah has agreed a new deal with Italian club Bologna FC.
The contract extension keeps the 22-year-old at the Stadio Renato Dall’Ara until summer 2022.
“We can announce that a contract extension has been agreed with Godfred Donsah with him signing until 30 June 2022,” Bologna confirmed in a statement Thursday.
Donsah’s future has been a subject of transfer speculations for three consecutive seasons with the 2015 Ghana U-20 World Cup team member linked to a number of top Serie A clubs.
The midfield gem has spent six years in Italy playing for Palermo’s youth side, Hellas Verona, Cagliari and Bologna.
