Kotoko put Sadick Adams, two others on transfer list

Asante Kotoko have transfer-listed top striker Sadick Adams and two other players, Footy-Ghana.com understands.

The 28-year-old joined the Porcupine Warriors midway into last season and helped them to their 2017 MTN FA Cup success with a hat-trick against arch-rivals Hearts of Oak in the final.

But his spell at Kotoko was dogged by persistent injuries. He only made his first start this season in the 3-1 defeat to Karela United last week.

Adams appears to have subtly confirmed his imminent exit with a cryptic message on his official twitter handle:

Also joining Adams on the transfer list is defensive midfielder Seth Opare as well as striker Yakubu Mohammed, according to Footy-Ghana.com sources.

Opare joined Kotoko in January 2017 after leaving Aduana Stars while Yakubu was also signed during the same window by former coach Zdravko Logarusic.

Meanwhile, Kotoko have also terminated the contracts of three other players – namely; Eric Donkor, Edwin Tuffour Frimpong and Frank Sarfo-Gyamfi.
