James Sewornu and Yusif Alhassan have acquired promotion to Hearts of Oak from the Phobians junior side, Auroras.
The two defenders signed new long term deals to mark their promotion at the club’s secretariat. The centre-backs excelled during a training game against the senior side and the technical handlers were highly impressed with their performance.

Chief Executive Officer Mark Noonan commended the players for their hardwork.
“We are always excited when we promote players from within the Phobia family. These young men have shown great promise and we look forward to them learning from and pushing the leaders in the senior team,” the American marketer told the club’s website.
They Phobians face West African Football Academy on matchday 13 of the league at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium on Thursday. Sewornu and Alhassan will join the seniors after their Kumasi game.
Hearts are placed 10th on the 2017/18 league log with a game in hand.
