Noonan demands Hearts improvement against Kotoko

Hearts of Oak Managing Director, Mark Noonan has urged his outfit to improve their performance in Sunday’s crucial game against Asante Kotoko.

The Phobians are enduring an unstable season, having won only 3 out of 9 games. The team’s inconsistent form has cast a bleak image on their ambitions for the league title that has eluded them since 2009.

As they prepare to face the Porcupine Warriros in Kumasi, Noonan says a general improvement from the team is a must.

“We have to perform better in the Ghana Premier League than this,” Noonan told Citi FM.

“Per our level, Hearts of Oak should be doing better since we have a lot of ambitions to achieve and against Kotoko, we must improve,” he added.

Hearts are lying 11th on the league log; six behind leaders Ashanti Gold.
