Immediate-past Asante Kotoko head coach, Zdravko Logarušić has landed the Sudan national team job.

The Croat has been unattached since parting ways with the Porcupine Warriors in April.

“We talked about everything. The first impression was very impressive,

“This is a dream job and the plan is to prove that I can make a positive impact on the country’s football.

“I have been in Africa for a long period and this will help in adapting to things in Sudan.”

Logarušić is popular on the African continent for his many stints in a number of countries in club football.

He has coached clubs in Ghana (King Faisal, AshantiGold and recently Kotoko), Kenya (Gor Mahia, AFC Leopard), Simba SC in Tanzania and Angola’s G.D Interclube.

Zdravko Logarušić holds a Uefa Pro Licence.
