Bashir Hayford takes interim charge of Ebusua Dwarfs

Experienced trainer Bashir Hayford has confirmed that he is taking up the Ebusua Dwarfs job.

According to the two-time Ghana Premier League-winning coach, he will initially take the club through preseason before a decision on a permanent contract is made.

Confirming the talks to Kumasi-based Nhyira FM, coach Hayford revealed he was contacted by the club’s Board Chairman and former Ghana FA boss, Nana Sam Brew Butler.

Coach Bash is being tasked to prepare Ebusua Dwarfs for the upcoming Ghalca G-8 Tournament (from January 6-21) and the GFA Gala competition Footy-Ghana.com earlier reported has been proposed for February 3-4, 2018.

Ebusua Dwarfs will now become the tenth club to be coached by Bashir Hayford. He has had stints with Power FC, Hearts of Lions, Kessben FC, Asante Kotoko, Medeama and very recently AshantiGold.

The Cape Coast-based side recently parted ways with Brazilian coach Ricardo Da Rocha.
