Relegation battlers Inter Allies have bolstered their technical team with the addition of coach Abdul-Karim Zito.
The ex-footballer turned coach with experiences at Asante Kotoko and Hearts of Oak has been secured from his current employers Dreams FC on short-term basis to help the Eleven-Is-To-One keep their Premiership status.
A statement signed by Eric Delali Senaye, the vice President of Inter Allies, said Zito “has a wide knowledge of the league and his experience will go a long way to help the Club in the quest to maintain Premier League status.”
“…we will take this opportunity to inform the Club’s sympathizers and fans that, this decision is a step in the right direction and in the best interest of the team.”
In the remaining four matches of the ongoing 2016/17 Ghana Premier League, Inter Allies have crucial games against Ebusua Dwarfs (Away), back-to-back home games against Medeama and Liberty and will crown the season with a short trip from their La base to the Accra Sports Stadium to face Hearts of Oak
Inter Allies currently place 13th on the league log with only a point separating them from the relegation zone occupied by Liberty, Olympics and Bolga All Stars.
