Three goals in the opening 25 minutes saw Academy boys WAFA SC overwhelm league leaders Hearts of Oak in a masterful display at Sogakope on Saturday.
The hosts shot into the lead just three minutes into the match day 23 fixture. Togolese import Komlan Agbegniadan, at his predating best as he took advantage of a sloppy defending by Hearts before sending a helpless goalkeeper Soulama Abdoulaye the wrong way.
On 10 minutes, Charles Boateng made it 2-0 with a sublime half volley – his 6th goal of the 2015/16 campaign.
Agbegniadan returned to score his brace on 25 minutes.
No goal was produced in the second half.
