Ghanaian international Kevin-Prince Boateng scored on his La Liga debut for new club Las Palmas against Valencia on Monday night.
Boateng, 29, scored the third goal of the game, after Marko Livaja had cancelled out Santi Mina’s goal for the host early in the first half. Midfielder Jonathan Viera, who had played for the home side as a loan player in 2014 scored the second goal of the game.
Both Santi Mina and Marko Livaja went on to score a brace each for Valencia and Las Palmas respectively as the game ended 2-4.
Meanwhile, Boateng was substituted in the second half of the game.
He moved to the Spanish club after being released at the end of his second stint with AC Milan, a deal which lasted six months.
