Accra Hearts of Oak shot-stopper, Soulama Abdoulaye, has been named in Paulo Duarte’s 25-man squad in for a double header in the 2017 African Cup of Nations qualifiers.
Soulama sat on the bench in their 0-1 loss to Botswana with Germain keeping the post during the last qualifying game.
Duarte’s side is in Group D and lies 3rd with three points whilst Uganda tops the table with six points. They are yet to concede a goal whiles scoring three in the process.
The Stallions will be looking to thwart the Cranes 100% in the qualifiers as they face each other on the 26th of this month at the Stade du 4 Aout, Ouagadougou.
Burkina will then travel to Kampala to play a return encounter three days after, at the Mandela National Stadium.
The match will be handled by experienced referee Gehad Grisha from Egypt.
