Gadze signs for Finnish giants HJK

Finnish giants HJK Helsinki have sealed a nine-month deal with Ghana forward Richard Gadze.

The contract which specifically runs out at the end of October will see the former Ebusua Dwarfs striker switch continents yet again.

Gadze after fully recuperating from a knee injury sealed a move to the India Super League where he played under Brazilian legend Roberto Carlos at Delhi Dynamos.

The 21-year-old struck the back of the net four times in 16 games for Dynamos and his new employers are confident he can fit into their system.

“Gadze is a talented footballer and a welcome confirmation of our scouting. He’s fast and strong striker, who has a good shot with both feet. Richard is the running back type we have applied for,” says HJK’s Sport Director Tuomo Saarnio.

Gadze joins compatriot Gideon Baah who is linked with a move away from the club.
