Egypt Premier League side Arab Contractors are considering two Ghana forwards following their arrivals for a short trail exercise.
The duo Sheriff Deo Mohammed and Richard Arhin from top tier sides Inter Allies and Aduana Stars respectively travelled together from Accra on Friday afternoon and have begun training with the side since their arrival.
Arab Contractors are looking to hand a tree-year contract to one of the two Ghanaians who fits their expectations, footy-Ghana understands.
Deo, a lanky forward enjoyed an impressive Ghana Premier League debut season where he scored in appearances. His performance earned him a call to the local Black Stars camp for the CHAN qualifiers while Arhin also proved pivotal with goals in Aduana’s third place achievement in the league last term.
Meanwhile, footy-Ghana also understands that former AshantiGold forward Didier Kore has held advanced talks to join Arab Contractors. The Ivorian recently run out of contract after helping the Miners in their league title triumph and opted for a free agent move to Tunisian giants CS Sfaxien. Kore failed to settle in Tunisia is now in talks for a switch to the Egyptian League.
